FREE DELIVERY
Applies to orders over $120, excluding surfboards and oversize items. There is a $7 freight charge on all orders less than $120.
DELIVERY METHOD
All orders are sent using a tracked parcel that requires a signature on delivery.
For a hassle-free & quick delivery please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel and a direct contact number. If
you’re not in when the courier arrives, you should be left with a card to call.
If all
items in your order are not available to be dispatched from the same store, you
may receive your order in several packages.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and Collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online from the comfort of your own home and the convenience of being able to pick up your garment from your nearest store. We will notify you by email when your order is in store and ready to be collected. No more missed couriers! Please note, we cannot let an order be collected until a confirmation that the item is ready for pick up has been received by the customer.
*Click and Collect orders are processed during store opening hours, we aim to have your order ready within an hour.
TIME FRAME
We’ll do everything we can to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery (3-5 for rural areas) from the time the order has been processed and payment has cleared. Please note your order will not be processed or delivered over the weekend, or public holidays. See our Terms and Conditions for more.

TRACKING
Once
your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email
which contains a tracking link. You will receive a shipping confirmation email
for each parcel on its way to you - you may have multiple parcels coming as we
dispatch from across all our stores and cannot always source your whole order
from one store.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping currently.
RETURN FREIGHT
Return freight charges are not covered by Backdoor, however there is no additional charges on replacement items over $120 (excluding surfboards).
Note: If you
have been sent the wrong item in error, we will arrange free return freight.

SURFBOARDS

There
must be someone available to sign for surfboard deliveries and in some cases
delivery to a work address or a collection from your nearest freight
depot may be advised. Surfboards are large, fragile items and extra care
is taken when packaging. Damage is rare but if something goes wrong Backdoor
will attempt to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Surfboards
are insured against damage in transit, however there MUST be someone available
to sign for it, noting any damage.
Deliveries are week days only and occasional delays outside of our control may
be experienced. Surfboards may not be dispatched straight away; to avoid the
risk of damage, surfboards are shipped Monday - Thursday only so that your new
board doesn't sit at the Freight Depot over the weekend.
*Surfboards cannot be delivered to rural areas.
OVERSIZE ITEMS
Some oversize items cannot be sent with our normal courier service, or are charged at a different rate, and will therefore not qualify for free shipping. There will be a $10 freight charge for these items.
E.g. bodyboards, complete skateboards, luggage & board bags.
